The Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment (CITE) was created in 1979 in order to fight discrimination and promote equality between women and men in labour, in employment and in vocational training. Lisbon Project was responsible for their branding and graphic identity.
Based on the concepts of equality and diversity, we tried to find ways that, due to their universality, allowed the creation of a dynamic and adaptable logo. We also developed their main communication pieces, including the editorial design of their training manual. We created original illustrations adapted to specific communication themes.
